My calling was always to serve people, through healing, listening and being a voice to the suppressed and voiceless. I have dedicated my education & career to human equality and animal rights, earning a BA in Human Services and Social Justice from the George Washington University. I have worked with vulnerable children and adults in poverty, those denied an education, medical care and forced to flee their homes due to violence and war, including UNICEF Turkey, Make-A-Wish Foundation Turkey and Metro New York, Children’s Tumor Foundation, For the Love of Children and Lucky Dog Animal Rescue Washington, DC, and Street Kids Organization Nepal. My work lies in advocating human’s rights, especially refugees, immigrants, orphans, and those who experience abuse and violence.
Yet, the more I traveled, volunteered, and dedicated my career to the philanthropic world, the more I was able to observe the missing puzzle piece we all deeply seek; the “human touch.” That's when holistic healing found me - an art that heals the mind, body and soul. I wanted to bring in a "human touch" to world of therapy and healing with a long-term effect. I trained with David Elliott, Lisa Levine, Jillian Pransky, Katie Down, Jessica Caplan, Erika Spring, Zuna Yoga and a number of amazing teachers that contributed to my canvas of healing.
I saw the power of holistic therapy and alternative medicine through my own personal journey of healing. Yoga, Breath Work, Reiki, sound, meditation, compassion and silence allowed for me to heal, transform, listen and reconnect to myself. I learned how to let go of core wounds and patterns that subconsciously ran my life without realization. This is when I knew I wanted to share these tools with the world.
