The sixth and last module of TAIDER "Intergenerational Sustainability and Leader Development Program" was held in Izmir on June 6, with the subject "Intergenerational Transition Management in Family Companies". We completed the 6-month program with a unique learning experience that included the transfer of power at İnci Holding, under the instructorship of Dr. Yusuf Soner and with the family members. We would like to thank all the participants and speakers wholeheartedly and hope to be together again.
